The Morepixel team consists of 3 founding team members ; Patrick, esra and Lars who joined together almost 8 years ago with a common goal to bring a new edge and style to the Media Agency services industry in Europe.

Since then our team has continued to expand with the ebb and flow of our organic growth. Each Morepixel team member has achieved university level education within their chosen field of expertise as well as active experience delivering projects to clients.

We work regularly with external consultants across a wide spectrum of integrated and supportive roles. All team members embrace our founding teams vision, execute project tasks in a timely and highly professional manner. The Morepixel commitment to on-time and within budget delivery of design and programming solutions can only be realized through our dedicated team efforts. We would now like to introduce each of our members to you.

Lars Reichelt

Masters Degree in Computer Science

Lars is foremost a programming specialist within our team. In addition Lars is our designated Managing Director responsible for keeping all areas of Morepixel moving forward, project planning, management of client and partner relations – all of which keeps him very busy.

Lars believes successful design agency services start and end with effective consultation with clients. This is apparent to Morepixel clients both past and present. Lars and his team remain always contactable and accountable for all their efforts – seeking always to exceed their client needs rather than under delivering.

Esra Paola Crugnale

Creative Director - Diploma of Graphic Design

Our creative department inclusive print and web graphic designers are inspired and directed by Esra. One of the original Morepixel founding team members Esra and her team set the pace and inspiration for all creative aspects of Morepixel projects.

Esra is first and foremost an artist who continually seeks creative output through her design work as well as her very own painting and collage designing. She has achieved a substantial body of work – with some award-winning designs.

Even when Esra Crugnale doesn’t work, she is busy with colors and forms, experimenting with pencils, brushes and chalk, or exploring unknown microcosmic or macrocosmic landscapes. We believe we have one of the most passionate and committed design teams in Europe.

Patrick Erdelt

Dr. phil. nat.

Is responsible for programming and technical project development. Although he is an expert in the field of axioms, loops and circular arguments, he has managed to retain his metaphysical humour. This is because he knows that “special requests are normal – however, it takes slightly longer to perform miracles.”

Michael Hughes

Director Sales and Marketing

With over 20 years of experience in the tourism  industry Michael Hughes is currently the Managing Director of Consultants Collective Group (Specialists in Sales, Marketing and Communications).

He has maintained various roles across the breadth of the travel industry including retail, corporate, airline, hospitality and in the last 11 years has specialized in Internet and e-Commerce.

Michael’s role at Morepixel is Director of Sales & Marketing. For more than 7 years Michael has used Morepixel for a variety of his own client projects ranging from Website development to identity and promotion projects. He joined us as director in October 2008.

Mario Weber

Master Degree in German philology
Is responsible for texts and nothing but texts. Mario is a freelancer who frequently cooperates with Morepixel. Mr. Weber still cannot quite believe that in the entire Bible there isn’t even one single reference to cats.

Pia Crugnale

Pia, Esra’s younger sister, is the youngest member of our creative team. She regularly makes her contributions in the design department and her ideas often provide the proverbial icing on the cake.

Stefano - the cat!

Freelance Cool Cat Morepixel gladly welcomes our neighbour’s freelance cat in our offices. She loves soaking up our agency’s scent – but after thirty minutes she has to move on to upcoming important appointments in Frankfurt. Meanwhile, our specialists go on working on various projects.
